Website purpose
The site describes Mithra’s e-commerce analytics and decision-support services. Website content is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. A separate signed agreement will control any paid engagement.
No performance guarantee
Analysis and recommendations depend on available data, assumptions, market conditions, implementation, and other factors outside our control. We do not promise any particular revenue, savings, conversion rate, or other result.
Inquiries and appointments
You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Booking a conversation does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed. Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that burdens its systems, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate another party’s rights.
Intellectual property
The site, Mithra name and branding, copy, layout, graphics, and original materials are owned by Mithra or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print reasonable portions for your internal evaluation, but you may not republish, sell, or create derivative commercial materials without written permission.

The site may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party infrastructure. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mithra and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the site. Our aggregate liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Mithra harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, your submitted content, or your violation of these terms or another party’s rights.
Changes, severability, and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Mithra’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
