Clear from the start

Service commitments.

A plain-language summary of how Mithra handles ownership, monthly care, changes, third-party costs, and a future transition. A signed proposal remains the controlling agreement for each project.

01

Your business stays yours.

Clients retain their client-supplied content, trademarks, and customer data. Domains should be registered in the client’s account whenever practical. Each proposal identifies ownership or license terms for custom code, Mithra’s pre-existing tools, and third-party components.

02

A planned path out.

Service remains available through the paid hosting term. Before a scheduled end date, Mithra will coordinate a reasonable handoff of client-owned data, domain and DNS information, configuration records, and transfer-eligible site materials. Another host and any required migration work must be arranged for the site to remain live after Mithra hosting ends.

03

Maintenance has boundaries.

Managed care includes hosting, SSL, monitoring, platform and security updates, backups, routine maintenance, and correction of defects in delivered functionality. New pages, redesigns, new features, migrations, large content changes, and new integrations are project work unless the proposal includes them.

04

Changes are approved first.

When a request falls outside included care, Mithra will provide the scope, price or range, assumptions, and timing before starting. No out-of-scope development charge should appear without the client’s written approval.

05

External costs are identified.

Known third-party costs are identified before activation. These may include payment-processor fees, premium domains, software licenses, email or messaging volume, paid data services, taxes, and vendor seat charges. Mithra does not add an automatic per-user fee unless it is listed in the signed proposal.

06

Data can leave with you.

The CRM owner can download a comprehensive machine-readable backup covering business records and system history. Handoff formats and any provider-specific limitations are documented before termination.

Before work begins

Put the details in writing.

Your proposal should name the included services, change allowance, billing owner for each vendor, recurring costs, data-export format, and transition responsibilities.
